Current charges per person per night

The cottage and bunkhouse offers sole occupancy to groups.

Youth groups including their leaders £12 per person per night reduced to £10 per person per night for groups from the Cynon valley and the Chichester and Arun districts of West Sussex.
A minimum charge of £100 per night applies to youth groups.

Adult groups £19 per person per night.
A minimum charge of £150 per night applies to adult groups.

At the time of booking a non-returnable deposit of £100 is required for youth groups or £150 for adult groups. 
This will be deducted from the final charge or retained if the booking is cancelled other than by the Trust.
The Trust reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £100 in the event of a group booking the cottage and bunkhouse and not turning up without advising the booking secretary at least 4 weeks in advance.

Booking will only be confirmed when both booking form and deposit have been received.

Bookings should be made by a responsible adult who will be accompanying the group.

In the event that the centre is closed for any reason we will contact you four weeks before the first date of your booking and offer you the choices of :

• Carrying the deposit over to a new booking – just let us know the dates you would like.

• Making a donation to the trust of your deposit.

• Asking for a refund. If a refund is requested this is currently being made by cheque so please let us know to whom the cheque should be made payable and the address to where it should be sent.

Insurance

Our cottage and bunkhouse has buildings and contents insurance and Public Liability insurance (copy of certificate can be found here). You are strongly advised to seek professional guidance to ensure your group is properly insured. The buildings are fully alarmed for security.
