Current charges per person per night, 1st January 2007 to 31st December 2008

Schools and Youth Groups within the Cynon valley, Chichester and Arun Districts: £6.00
Other Schools and Youth Groups: £7.50
Adult Groups (19 and older) from any area: £9.00

There is a minimum charge of £50.00 per night. A non-returnable booking fee of £50.00 is required with each booking which will be deducted from the final charge or retained if the booking is cancelled other than by the Trust. The Trust reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £30 in the event of a group booking the Centre and then not turning up without advising the booking secretary in advance.

Booking will be confirmed when both booking form and deposit have been received.

The Warden prepares the Centre for incoming groups, deals with any minor problems and checks the premises after groups leave.

Groups should arrive after 6pm on the day of arrival, and have left by 3pm on the day of departure.

What to bring

Sleeping bag, pillow cases and tea towels. Kitchen and toilet consumables including toilet rolls, food and drink.

Public Transport

There is a rail and coach station at Aberdare. Bus route RL3 runs from Aberdare, through Hirwaun to Rhigos.

Insurance

The Centre has insured its buildings and contents and has Public Liability Insurance. You are strongly advised to seek professional guidance to ensure your group is properly insured. The Centre is fully alarmed for security.
